OIE; SHEFFIELD VILLAGE HOME OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; PORTFOLIO RECOVERY ASSOCIATES, LLC; CAPITAL ONE BANK; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on July 24, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
