NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated and entered in Case No. 52-2009-CA-008109 in the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS AS TRUSTEE FOR RALI 2006QA5 was the Plaintiff and ELIZABETH C. CUNNIFF, ET AL. the Defendant(s). The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the prescribed date at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on the 14th day of August, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 5, LAKE SHORES ESTATES, SIXTH ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 66, PAGE 74, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS OF THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
