Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 27, 2012, entered in Civil Case Number 52-2009-CA-022840, in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC is the Plaintiff, and MOANA B. JAKOSALEM, et al., are the Defendants, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
LOT 31, BLOCK M, BROOKHILL UNIT 4, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 51, PAGE 37, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 14th day of August, 2012. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
