NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated June 27, 2012, and entered in Case No. 09015977CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO ABN AMRO MORTGAGE GROUP, INC., is Plaintiff, and PEGGYANNE KOBARG, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 28th day of August, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Condominium Parcel: Apartment No. 1879, Building No. 15, CLEARBROOKE TOWNHOUSE CONDOMINIUM, PHASE IX, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 29, Pages 71, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 4732, Pages 1226 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto and all amendments thereto as set forth in said declaration.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
