NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 17, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-6729-CO-42, of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein CONCORD VILLAGE SOUTH CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION NO. 1, INC. is Plaintiff, and MESUD BAJRIC, and UNKNOWN TENANT are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on July 27, 2012, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Condominium Parcel: Unit No. 1027, of Concord Village South Condominium No. 1, a Condominium, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 7, page(s) 50 thru 53, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 3497, page 424 et seq., together with such additions and amendments to said Declaration and Condominium Plat as from time to time may be made and together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto. All as recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida,
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
