NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 19, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2010-CA-011500 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for MASTR Adjustable Rate Mortgages Trust 2007-1, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-1, Plaintiff and John R. Comans and Brenda Comans, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on October 17, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
