NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 19, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2010-CA-011500 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for MASTR Adjustable Rate Mortgages Trust 2007-1, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-1, Plaintiff and John R. Comans and Brenda Comans, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on October 17, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 12, BLOCK 7, SOUTH CAUSEWAY ISLE SECOND ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 41, PAGE 37, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
