NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 5th day of June, 2012, and entered in Case No. 52-2009-CA-003402, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC is the Plaintiff and JAVIER E MENDOZA A/K/A JAVIER MENDOZA; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR CMG MORTGAGE, INC; DIRECT GENERAL INSURANCE COMPANY AS SUBROGEE OF DAMIEN SCOTT BARNHART; STATE FARM MUTUAL AUTOMOBILE INSURANCE COMPANY AS SUBROGEE OF CAROL J. STURGILL AND CAROL J. STURGILL; STATE FARM MUTUAL AUTOMOBILE INSURANCE COMPANY AS SUBROGEE OF J.P. LYNCH; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JAVIER E MENDOZA A/K/A JAVIER MENDOZA N/K/A LIDA PRESTO; UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A ALBA CASTELLON; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 24th day of July, 2012, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
