NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 25, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-6930-CO-042 of the COUNTY COURT OF THE SIXTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein TIERRA I CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and GEORGIA M. MCNULTY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GEORGIA M. MCNULTY; TIERRA VERDE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; UNKNOWN TENANT 2 and UNKNOWN TENANT 1 are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 10:00 AM, on the 10th day of August, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
That certain Declaration Parcel consisting of Unit 211, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the terms, conditions, covenants, easements, restrictions and other provisions of that certain Declaration of Condominium of Tierra I, a Condominium, recorded in O.R. book 5067, Page 9, and any amendments thereto, and according to Plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 44, Pages 43 through 47, and any amendments thereto, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. the street address of which is: 719 Pinellas Bayway #211 Tierra Verde, FL 33715.
A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
