NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Order for Writ of Possession dated June 21, 2012, and entered in Case No. 12-1331-CO, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein STRATHMORE GATES EAST AT LAKE ST. GEORGE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff and DIANE SOLLENBERGER is the Defendant. The Clerk of this Court shall sell the property to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 27TH day of July, 2012, at 10:00 a.m. on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 13, STRATHMORE GATE-EAST-UNIT ONE, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 83, Pages 18 through 20, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
SUBJECT TO Covenants, restrictions, easements of record and taxes for the current year. Said property is not the homestead of the Grantor(s) under the laws and constitution of the State of Florida in that neither Grantor(s) or any members of the household of Grantor(s) reside thereon, as they do reside at 1424 Seagull Dr. (#207) Palm Harbor, FL 34685
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
