NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 27, 2012, and entered in Case No. 522010CA005352XXCICI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and MANIT SUKHASAM; PHOENIX PROPERTIES OF TAMPA BAY, LLC; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 15TH day of August, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, IN BLOCK B OF TANGERINE HIGHLANDS ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN BOOK 9, PAGE 122, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
