TO: ALEXANDER D. DIMOV and THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ALEXANDER D. DIMOV:
YOU ARE NOTIFIED that the Plaintiff has filed a Complaint for the purposes of foreclosing any interest that you have in the real property and the establishment of a lien against the property as well as damages. The property to be foreclosed upon is currently located in WINDWARD POINTE CONDOMINIUM, which is located in Pinellas County and which is more fully described as:
That certain parcel consisting of Unit 11404-1, Building 4, as shown on Condominium Plat of Windward Pointe Condominium, a condominium according to the Condominium Plat Book 51, Pages 106 through 136, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium filed June 16, 1981, in Official Records Book 5206, Pages 1985 through 2108, together with such additions and amendments to said Declaration and Condominium Plat as from time to time may be made, all as recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; together with the exhibits attached hereto and made a apart thereof; together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
More commonly known as: 11404 3RD Street North #1, St. Petersburg, Florida 3316..
This action has been filed against you as a Defendant, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to the action to Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is: Uta S. Grove, Esq., Grove Law Office, P.A., 2600 East Bay Drive, Suite 220, Largo, Florida 33771 on or before August 6, 2012, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter, otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
