NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reset Sale Date dated August 2, 2012, and entered in Case No. 12-1633-CO, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein SUNSET GROVE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff and ENKELEJD ISUFI and FATIMA ISUFI are the Defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell the property to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 2nd day of August, 2012, at 10:00 a.m. on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
That Certain condominium parcel composed of Unit 22, Building 4 and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with, and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of SUNSET GROVE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION INC. PHASE I and exhibits attached thereto, all as recorded in O.R. Book 4081, page 1235 et seq., as corrected in O.R. Book 4097, page 1408, and the Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 15, Pages 60 through 67, inclusive and Condominium Plat Book 17, Pages 114 through 116, inclusive, together with such additions and amendments to said Declaration and Condominium Plat as from time to time may be made, all as recorded in the public records of Pinellas County, Florida.

Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
