NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 22nd day of June, 2012, and entered in Case No. 52-2009-CA-002895, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP. is the Plaintiff and DANIEL A. MCGEE; THE BELLEAIR VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 26th day of July, 2012, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NUMBER 235, BELLEAIR VILLAGE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 14244, PAGE 1955, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO; OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THE UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN AND TO THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
