NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 5, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 10014768CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on 24th day of July, 2012, at 10:00 a.m. at website: https://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 25, LESS THE EAST 0.46 FEET THEREOF, BUILDING 5 UNIT 6, PINEBROOK ESTATES PHASE TWO, UNIT 4, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 92, AT PAGES 3 AND 4, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
