NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated June 13, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-008542 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein CitiMortgage, Inc., Plaintiff and Oliver Petereit are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M., on July 25, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
BEGIN AT NORTH LINE OF LEONARD STREET (10TH AVENUE); THENCE WEST 50 FEET WEST OF THE WEST LINE OF LOCUST STREET (17TH STREET WEST) FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUE WEST 40 FEET; THENCE NORTH 120 FEET TO NORTH LINE OF LOT E, BLOCK 4, FOWLER'S ADDITION TO BRADENTON, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 108, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; THENCE EAST 40 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 120 FEET TO POINT OF BEGINNING.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
