Visali a/k/a Philip Visali and Heather Visali, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M., on July 25,2012 , the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 284, OF LEXINGTON, A SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 42, PAGES 155 THROUGH 172, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
