NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated June 8, 2012, and entered in Case No. 41 2008 CA 010684, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. OWB REO, LLCis Plaintiff and TRUDY M. COMPANIK; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF TRUDY M. COMPANIK; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; TENANT #1; TENANT #2; TENANT #3; TENANT #4 the names being fictitious to account for parties in possession; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 10th day of October, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12, MANATEE GARDENS, THIRD SECTION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 6, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
