DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR HSI ASSET SECURITIZATION CORPORATION 2006-OPT2 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OPT2 is Plaintiff and GARY HUNDLEY MOYER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GARY HUNDLEY MOYER; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR DIVERSIFIED MORTGAGE; COUNTRY CLUB/EDGEWATER VILLAGE ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 17th day of August, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
