Cline a/k/a Margaret Cline a/k/a Peggy Cline, Unremarried Widow and Surviving Spouse of James M. Cline, Deceased are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on July 24, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK “C”, COUNTRY CLUB HEIGHTS, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGES 14, 15 AND 16, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
