NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 8, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-000654 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein CitiBank NA, as Trustee for WaMu Series 2007-HE3 Trust, Plaintiff and David R. Brady and Melanie Anne Brady a/k/a Melanie Anne Gow, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on July 24, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 12, BLOCK “N”, BAYSHORE GARDENS, SECTION 32, A SUBDIVISION AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE(S) 34 AND 35, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
