NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 8, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-001461 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for the C-BASS Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-CB2, Plaintiff and Penny Fugate a/k/a Penny K. Youdal and Shawn G. Youdal are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on July 24, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 17, RE-SUBDIVISION OF BLOCK C, BAY VIEW PARK SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8 PAGE 105, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
