NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 14th day of May, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 006180, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and STEVEN CHARLES CARBONE; LORETTA CARBONE; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 at, 11:00 AM on the 17th day of July, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Commencing at the Southeast corner of Section 14, Township 36 South, Range 21 East, Manatee County, Florida; thence N 89 32'45” W, along the South line of Section 14, a distance of 500.64 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continue N 89 32'45” W, a distance of 361.31 feet; thence N 26 14'11” W, a distance of 559.74 feet to the Southerly right-of-way line of Singletary Road; thence N 51 45'01” E, along Southerly right-of-way line of Singletary Road, a distance of 332.02 feet, thence S 26 05' 46” E, a distance of 791.14 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING, said described tract containing 5.0 Acres, more or less.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
