NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed June 15, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 007296, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE INDYMAC INDX MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-AR2, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-AR2 UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED FEBRUARY 1, 2006 is Plaintiff and DOUGLAS ALAN CAHILL; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DOUGLAS ALAN CAHILL; ANNE MARIE CAHILL; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANNE MARIE CAHILL; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; VILLAGES OF THOUSAND OAKS MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; VILLAGES OF THOUSAND OAKS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; VILLAGES OF THOUSAND OAKS, VILLAGE II HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 14 day of September, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, VILLAGES OF THOUSAND OAKS, VILLAGE II, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 23, PAGES 66 THROUGH 68, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
