NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated MAY 23, 2012, and entered in 41 2012 CA 000021 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida , wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, is the Plaintiff and BARRY D. LOOK; JULIE M. OLSEN; RIVER PLACE PROPERTY OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, ND; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A MICHAEL LOOK; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A JOHN LOOK are the Defendant(s). R.B. Shore III as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on JULY 26, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 146, OF RIVER PLACE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 42, PAGE 173, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
