NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated MAY 23, 2012, and entered in 2011CA008593 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida , wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERIQUEST MORTGAGE SECURITIES INC., ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-R10, is the Plaintiff and NICOLAS PEREZ; LUCIANO PEREZ ALONSO A/K/A LUCIANO PEREZ A/K/A LUCIANO ALONSO A/K/A LUCIANO P. ALONSO; CECILIA ALONSO DE PEREZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF NICOLAS PEREZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LUCIANO PEREZ ALONSO A/K/A LUCIANO PEREZ A/K/A LUCIANO ALONSO A/K/A LUCIANO P. ALONSO; ECON CREDIT LP D/B/A NATIONWIDE ACCEPTANCE; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendant(s). R.B. Shore III as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on JULY 26, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH HALF OF LOT 6 AND ALL OF LOT 7, IN BLOCK 1, OF A.B. BENNETT SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, AT PAGE 15, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
