NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated the 25th day of June, 2012, and entered in the above-entitled cause in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, wherein Nathaniel Smelser is the Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on the 15th day of August, 2012, the interest in real and personal property situated in Manatee County and described as:
BEGIN AT A POINT 86.62 FEET NORTH OF THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 5, BLOCK 26, DR. J.C. PELOT'S ADDITION TO THE TOWN OF MANATEE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 77, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, THENCE NORTH 43.31 FEET; THENCE EAST 91.74 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 43.31 FEET; THENCE WEST 91.74 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING
