NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered in the above-styled case, number 2012-CA-0585 in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, that I, R.B. “Chips” Shore, Manatee County Clerk, will sell the following property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
Lot 148, MILL CREEK SUBDIVISION, PHASE I, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 23, Pages 73 through 78, inclusive, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.

Together with all the improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and all easements, rights, appurtenances, rents, royalties, mineral, oil and gas rights and profits, water, water rights, and water stock, and all fixtures now or hereafter attached to the property, including replacements and additions thereto.
