Said easement shall be 10 feet either side of said centerline and parallel with same. The sidelines of said easement are to be lengthened and/or shortened so as to terminate at the Southerly right-of-way line of Erie Road to the North and the Easterly Line of a 5.52 + or - acre parcel to the West (to be served by said easement).
