NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 25, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2011-CA-007281 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., Plaintiff and Nicasio V. Rustia and Maria Elena L. Rustia, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on August 14, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 243, STONEYBROOK AT HERITAGE HARBOUR, SUBPHASE A, UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 39, PAGE 160, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
