UNIT E-25, BAYSHORE GARDENS CONDOMINIUM APARTMENTS, SECTION 3, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS OF BOOK 243, PAGES 619 THROUGH 633, AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 1, PAGE 9, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
