HOWARD A/K/A CHERYL HOWARD; and DUANE A. HOWARD A/K/A DUANE HOWARD; and BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY are the Defendants, the clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.manatee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 11:00 a.m. on the 25th day of September, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 1/2 OF TRACT 14, SECTION 25, POMELLO PARK, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 61, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, LYING AND BEING IN SECTION 25, TOWNSHIP 35 SOUTH, RANGE 20 EAST, MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

TOGETHER WITH AN EASEMENT FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS OVER THE NORTH 20 FEET OF THE NORTH 1/2 OF TRACT 3, SECTION 25, POMELLO PARK, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 61, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
