NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment dated June 27, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2010-006460 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein DAVID S. BAND AND ELKCO, L.P., a Florida Limited partnership, Plaintiff; and FRED CLARK a/k/a FREDERICK N. CLARK; FRED CLARK a/k/a FREDERICK N. CLARK as Trustee for 1404 TRUST; CAK PROPERTIES, INC., a Florida corporation; DEBORAH ARBITMAN, as Trustee of the Deborah Arbitman Revocable Trust u/a/d 4/2/96; WEST COAST ELECTRICAL CONTRACTORS, INC., a Florida corporation; CLARK MOORE; GEORGE OWENS; HOWARD P.
