NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on April 18, 2012, in Case No. 41-2010-CA 008411of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit for Manatee County, Florida, in which REGIONS BANK, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER WITH AMSOUTH BANK/REGIONS BANK d/b/a REGIONS MORTGAGE, is Plaintiff, and SUSAN F. BROWN; MEREDITH A. BROWN; CHRISTOPHER A. BROWN; REGIONS BANK, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER WITH AMSOUTH BANK; STATE OF FLORIDA; AND ROSEDALE MASTER HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, online via the Internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the sale may proceed, on the 24th day of July, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT E-20, OF ROSEDALE 5, A GOLF AND TENNIS CLUB COMMUNITY SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 28, PAGE 7, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
