NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 25, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2011-CA-006134 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, National Association, Successor by Merger to BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P. f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, L.P., Plaintiff and Vickie S. Rose are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on October 25, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT D-3160, HIDDEN HOLLOW, A CONDOMINUM, (FORMELY KNOWN AS HORIZON-DESOTO LAKES), ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 623, PAGES 2 THROUGH 70, INCLUSIVE, AND ADMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINUM BOOK 4, PAGES 33 THROUGH 41, AND AS AMENDED IN CONDOMINUM BOOK 12, PAGE 56, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
