LOT 2, SANRON ACRES SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 46, PAGES 129 AND 130, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
