Briggs a/k/a Scott Briggs and Stacie Lynn Boedicker a/k/a Stacie L. Boedicker a/k/a Stacie Boedicker a/k/a Stacie Briggs are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on October 25, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit::
LOT 210, COUNTY CREEK SUBDIVISION, PHASE II, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 33, PAGES 38 THROUGH 50, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
