NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 8, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-001356 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Litton Loan Servicing, LP, Plaintiff and Witcher N. Beverley, Jr. a/k/a Witcher N. Beverley, Individually and as Trustee of the Witcher N. Beverley, Jr. Trust U/A/D 02/04/2005 are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on October 10, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 149, BELLE MEAD SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 5, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
