NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 23, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-005894 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank, National Association, as Indenture Trustee of the HomeBanc Mortgage Trust 2005-5, Plaintiff and Chandrakant M. Shah and Valerie A. Shah, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on September 27, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 2, BUILDING 17, PHASE 1, GREENBROOK WALK, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2055, PAGES 1613 TO 1753, INCLUSIVE, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 34, PAGES 43 TO 55, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
