WELLS FARGO DELAWARE TRUST COMPANY, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR VERICREST OPPORTUNITY LOAN TRUST 2011- NPL1, is Plaintiff and DONALD E. HARRISON, are defendants. Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 25th day of September, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

BEGIN AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF BLOCK 1, BLISS' ADDITION TO PARRISH, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 173, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY , FLORIDA; THENCE N 00°44'27” E, ALONG THE EAST LINE OF SAID LOTS 5 AND 6, SAID LINE ALSO BEING THE WEST RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF A 60 FOOT WIDE PLATTED STREET, A DISTANCE OF 133.00 FEET; THENCE S 89°56'44” W, 91.00 FEET; THENCE S 00°44'27” W, 133.00 FEET TO A POINT ON NORTH RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF THE STATE ROAD 62, SAID LINE ALSO BEING THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID LOT 5; THENCE N 89°56'44” E, ALONG SAID LINE, A DISTANCE OF 91.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
