CARTRIGHT; GUERLINE CARTRIGHT; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP; FRESH MEADOWS HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 24th day of July, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
