NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated June 22, 2012 and entered in Case No. 41-2009-CA-008366 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein SUNTRUST BANK11 Plaintiff name has changed pursuant to order previously entered., is the Plaintiff and GAA FIDU, INC., A FLORIDA CORPORATION, AS TRUSTEE OF THE TRUST NO. 667806, UNDER TRUST AGREEMENT DATED APRIL 12, 2006; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; THE UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE TRUST NO. 667806, UNDER TRUST AGREEMENT DATED APRIL 12, 2006; GEORGE WIDUNAS; KRISTEN WIDUNAS; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 24th day of July, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 2 OF ONECO TERRACE, IN SECTION 14, TOWNSHIP 35 SOUTH, RANGE 17 EAST, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 89, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; LESS THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED LAND, TO-WIT: BEGIN AT THE SOUTHEASTERLY CORNER OF LOT 2, ONECO TERRACE SUBDIVISION, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 89, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; THENCE SOUTH 45 DEGREES 14 MINUTES WEST, ALONG THE SOUTHERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 2, 42.10 FEET TO THE EASTERLY RIGHT OF WAY OF THIRD STREET; THENCE NORTH 44 DEGREES 46 MINUTES WEST ALONG THE SAID EASTERLY RIGHT OF WAY 42.87 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 89 DEGREES 15 MINUTES EAST 60.08 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, BEING A PORTION OF SAID LOT 2, LYING IMMEDIATELY ADJACENT TO LOT 3 OF SAID ONECO TERRACE SUBDIVISION.
