NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 23, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2011-CA-007063 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, National Association, Plaintiff and Raul Martinez and Hortensia Martinez, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on September 27, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 5, LESS THE EAST 8 FEET THEREOF, TOGETHER WITH THE EAST 4 FEET OF LOT 6, BLOCK 1, SOUTH GROVE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 21, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
