NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 15, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2008-CA-012315 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, Plaintiff and David Berger and Patricia Berger, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on October 16, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
BUILDING 6205, UNIT 101, OF SUMMERFIELD HOLLOW CONDOMINIUM PHASE III, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1688, PAGES 6320 THROUGH 6465, INCLUSIVE, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 31, PAGES 43 THROUGH 48, INCLUSIVE, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN COMMON AREAS AS DESCRIBED IN SUCH DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
