NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 27, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-011595 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Federal National Mortgage Association, Plaintiff and Preservation Trust Services, LLC, as Trustee under that Land Trust, Dated the 23rd Day of March 2009 and Known as the Marine Family Land #625 are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash VIA THE INTERNET AT WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on September 28, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 206, PHASE IV, BUILDING G, WOOD PARK AT DESOTO SQUARE, A PHASE CONDOMINIUM, PHASE I, II, III, IV, V, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1057, PAGES 3164-3225, ALSO ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 14, PAGES 183-192, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
