NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated June 22, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 2009 CA 2454, DIVISION: D, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC is Plaintiff, and KARI LYNN KUSHTO A/K/A KARI LYNN BROWN A/K/A KARI L. BROWN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KARI LYNN KUSHTO A/K/A KARI LYNN BROWN A/K/A KARI L. BROWN; MATTHEW M. KUSHTO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MATTHEW M. KUSHTO; COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; are Defendant(s).
R.B. “CHIPS” SHORE, the Clerk of Court Shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m., at an online public sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com on the 24 day of July, 2012 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 79, LESS THE WEST 20 FEET AND LOT 80, MANATEE GARDENS, THIRD SECTION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 6, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
