KLEPEIS, AS TRUSTEE OF THE TIMOTHY G. KLEPEIS 2006 TRUST, DATED APRIL 25, 2006; TIMOTHY G. KLEPEIS; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE FINANCIAL CORPORATION; ACADEMY RESORT LODGE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; BOLLETTIERI RESORT VILLAS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 26th day of July, 2012, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
