NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to a Second Amended Stipulated Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 27, 2012, in the above styled cause of action, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the first floor, Atrium, of the Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, beginning at 11:00 a.m. on July 23, 2012, the property described in Exhibit “A” attached hereto.
