Lago, Lourdes G. Zafra a/k/a Lourdes Zafra, CACV of Colorado, LLC, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Incorporated as Nominee for Indymac Federal Bank, FS, Tenant #1 n/k/a Yaneisys Reyes, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Atrium of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 1st floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 23 day of July, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 6, BLOCK 214, GOLDEN GATE UNIT 6 PART 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGES 1 THROUGH 7, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
