notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 20, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2008 CA 006384 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein FIRST HORIZON HOME LOANS, A DIVISION OF FIRST TENNESSEE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and ARTURO GONZALEZ; and SOCORRO WHITEWAY; and CENTURY BANK, A FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK; and FLORIDA C/O CLERK OF COURT COLLIER COUNTY, COLLIER COUNTY COURT HOUSE; and JOHN DOE N/K/A LEOBARDO TORRES; and JANE DOE N/K/A SANDRA GONZALEZ are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the first floor, atrium, of the Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 A.M. on the 23 day of July, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 17 AND 18, BLOCK B, PINE VIEW VILLAS, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 49, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
