notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated May 16, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-000048 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein LaSalle Bank, N.A., as Trustee for Washington Mutual Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates WMALT Series 2006-AR3 Trust, Plaintiff and Gina R. Gant a/k/a Djurdjina Gina Radenkovich are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE Atrium ON THE 1st Floor AT the Collier County Courthouse, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 A.M. on July 23, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 19, BLOCK 30, NAPLES PARK UNIT 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 5, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
